ALL INCLUSIVE REPAIR SERVICE FOR GHD STRAIGHTENERS WITH NO HIDDEN CHARGES

We will use original parts where possible, however where this is not possible we will use aftermarket replacement parts. The 12 months repair warranty covers the parts replaced and the buyer will be responsible for the postage costs of warranty returns. We recommend using a recorded delivery service when sending the GHD to us but Royal Mail special delivery would be required to cover the full cost of the straighteners should a claim be needed. This service only covers genuine GHD models including;

GHD 3, MS, SS, 3.1b, 4.0b, 4.1b, 4.2b, SS4.0, MS4.0, 5.0, SS5.0, MS5.0. Model not listed? Please contact us.

The faster it arrives the quicker it returns.

If in the unlikely event we are unable to repair, due mainly to a failed un-repairable motherboard, we will inform you and return at no cost.

Replacement of ANY electrical component that has failed.
Cables and plugs are covered and will be replaced if faulty with this service.
Replacement of thermal compound.
Electrical safety testing.
12 Month warranty on all repairs.
PAT electrical safety certified by trained technicians using calibrated electrical test equipment.

What is not included:

Repairing none genuine GHD.
PCB's/Broken/damaged bodies and scratched ceramic plates are not covered. but can be replaced for an extra charge
Return postage at your expense and deducted from the refund if the GHD is counterfeit.

Please do not send platinum+ or eclipse models as these are not repairable and we would need to charge for the return of these. If unsure please contact us in advance. Please also only send genuine ghd straighteners, there are some fakes on the market so please check before sending as we would need to charge to return fake ghds.
